“Al-Kauthar – The Bounty/Abundance” – (Makki – 108th Surah)
Total Verses: 3
بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi
(I) Begin with the Name of Allâh WHO is Most Loving and Most Merciful
إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ
1. Inna aAAtaynaka alkawthara
(O Prophet, Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) WE granted you Charity (Al-Kauthar,
All good in this world as well as in hereafter including a canal in Paradise).
فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ
2. Fasalli lirabbika wainhar
Therefore, you should offer prayer only for your Râbb and sacrifice.
إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ الْأَبْتَرُ
3. Inna shaniaka huwa alabtaru
Your enemy is rootless/unfruitful.
